Clients consent to the release of this information and data to Downstreem for the purpose of the performance of Downstreem’s services for the client’s benefit. This release of information and the relationship between Downstreem and its clients is subject to a Master Services Agreement and Engagement Letter, together with Downstreem’s Data Retention Policy, which are provided to clients when Downstreem’s services are retained.

Downstreem securely stores client data at its facilities in Denver, CO.

Data is retained in accordance with Downstreem’s Data Retention Policy, available on Downstreem’s website and provided to our clients upon retention of Downstreem’s services.

MARKETING

Downstreem sends its clients and website visitors information about products and services of Downstreem. If you have agreed to receive such marketing materials, you may always opt out at a later date.

The retention, return, transfer, and destruction of personal data provided for such purposes is subject to the terms of such Master Services Agreement and Engagement Letter together with Downstreem’s Document Retention Policy.
