1. On the "Home Screen", click the "Settings" (Gear) Icon.

2. Scroll down to "Display & Brightness" and tap it.

3. Tap on "Auto-Lock".

4. Tap "Never".

Note: If "Never" is "grayed-out", you have to disable "Battery Saver".

Please note:

• If your iTunes Backup is set to "Encrypted" and you do NOT know the password (it can be a different one than your Apple ID password!), we will need to have you perform a soft reset of the phone. The analyst will walk you through the procedure on the forensic collection call.

• Please turn off "Personal Hotspot" under "Settings".
