RemoteStreem - Set-up Android Device for Collection

1. On the "Home Screen", click the "Settings" Icon. You may also access "Settings" by swiping down from the top of the screen and tap the "Gear" icon.

2. Scroll all the way to the bottom until you can see "About Phone", which is the last option under "Settings". Tap on "About Phone".

3. Tap on "Software Information".

4. Tap "Build Number" seven (7) times in rapid succession. You will then be prompted to enter your security (pin) code and after that you will see the "Developer mode has been turned on" message.

5. Return (go back) to the "Settings" page and scroll all the way down. "Developer Options" is the last option available/visible. Tap on "Developer Options".

Note: You may have to first click "Advanced Options".

6. Change the slider at "Stay Awake" to "On". Tap on "Default USB Confirguration". and change to "MTP or Transfer Files". Change the slider at "USB debugging to "On". When an informational message pops up, please select "OK" to "Allow USB debugging".

7. Change to "MTP or Transfer Files".

8. Change the slider at "USB debugging to "On". When the informational message pops up, please select "OK" to "Allow USB debugging".

9. Please check that "Switch Access" is turned off/disabled under: Settings => Accessibility => Switch Access
